For those of you who don't know, Ego is an application that helps you track the analytics on your websites. So as a web designer, this app is a huge help when you don't feel like clicking in every site on your Google Analytics account. With Ego, I can select certain sites from my account that I want to track and just by opening the application I am given a list of each site and how many hits I've had that day. I can even use it to look at some of my Twitter stats. If you're a web designer and you own an iPhone, it should basically be required that you have this app.
