Since we've all been using computers steadily for over a decade now, games like Solitaire and FreeCell have severely overstayed their welcome. Durak is a traditional Russian card game that I probably would not have understood without this application, and I'm not going to try to explain it either. Lucky for you, this app does a great job at making sure you understand the game as you're playing. There is a tutorial the plays along with you during your first game, which is accessible anytime through the main menu, and there is also a section for in-game hints. Once you play a few rounds and get a full understanding of the game-play, you will definitely keep playing. Being the creative type, my favorite feature of this application is the custom cards. The app allows you to import images from your Camera Roll and Photo Library and use them as the art on the back of the cards. Yes, this app is a bit more expensive than the traditional $.99, but it's worth it, especially if you're using it to play against friends or co-workers. Try this app and get your friends into it.
