Superhero Industries was founded in 2009 by Ben Reffie and Angelo DiPaolo as an iPhone development company. Created as a true passion project, Superhero Industry’s goal is to build fun and innovative applications for the iPhone platform.
Shortly after prototyping a few of our ideas, we were approached by a team looking to build a unique weather app. Intrigued by the idea, we agreed to develop what became The Weather Stylist, an iPhone app and website that suggests weather-appropriate clothing based on current conditions for over 25,000 different locations.

Angelo DiPaolo writes software mostly for the web but but also jumps into various mobile and game platforms. He attended University of Advancing Technology where he majored in Software Engineering/Game Programming for three years before leaving to work full-time. He currently works at an advertising agency, bouncing between enterprise applications and commercial websites on a daily basis.

Ben Reffie is the visual aspect of Superhero Industries. He is responsible for designing all the art for our games, promotional materials, our website, and of course, "TheTwiddict". His degree in Digital Art has led him on the path of a full-time freelance web designer. Although he is happy with web design, Ben also likes to dabble in print work, video editing, motion graphics, and 2D animation
